In order to provide the best service for you, your pets and others, we have established the following policies:

PAYMENT

Payments for walking or sitting services are to be paid in full at the time of booking or on our first day of service. We accept  cash, checks credit/debit cards using PayPal-even if you don't have and account. Please leave gratuities in pet sitter's name when using a check. If no payment is left, an additional visit charge will be added.

LAST MINUTE CALLS:

No extra charge for existing clients. We cannot guarantee exact time of visit, but will be very close to the time you request.

Last Minute Booking HOLIDAY CHARGE:

Bookings during the holidays made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $30.00 last minute booking fee. So plan ahead!

Holiday surcharges are $5.00 per visit per holiday days as noted below.

LATE NIGHT OR EARLY MORNING VISITS

Visits made between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. are subject to an additional $5 per visit. (does not include overnight).

KEYS

Key drop-off charge is $15.00 If we have to bring your key or garage door opener back at any time other than scheduled visits, you will be charged.
